Lique-F Process - Innovative waste process

Lique-F represents an innovative physical process to produce Biofuels (advanced biofuels and synthetic fuels) from waste, by-products and biomasses. Lique-F process consists in cracking both organic molecules and water, and in favoring the recompositing in typical molecules of raw oil (petroleum). The process is continuous and easily reproducible on any amount of material. The process works at normal ambient pressure and temperature. ZIP - Zero Impact Platform

ZIP FOR WASTE AND BY-PRODUCTS (some example of the innovative technology we can apply): • Plasma gasification also associated with pre- gasification reactors. • Syngas methanation process. • Vortex, screw, ablative pyrolysis and gasification even with oxygen/steam. • Municipal waste both unsorted and from separate collections. The finale product of this system can be (some examples): • Synthetic Natural Gas for sale and/or for national grid and/or for energy. • Power and heat (cogeneration). • Basaltic non-leachable materials. • Separated metals. ZIP - ZERO IMPACT PLATFORM FOR BIOMASS AND ORGANIC BY-PRODUCTS: • Vortex gasification (reactor with one or three chambers); • Fluidized bed gasification; • Supercritical water gasification (in progress); • Syngas methanation; • Systems to improve efficiency and decrease emissions in diesel and gas generators; • Hydrogen power generator and water gas heat generator. • Slow pyrolysis for used tires and plastics and oil upgrade to fuel. The finale product of this system can be (some examples): • Biomethane (even advanced) for national grid and/or for energy; • Power and heat (cogeneration); • Biochar.
