The activity of Caldaie Ravasio, originally artisanal, has developed with constant growth, always aimed at promoting and manufacturing products and services to heat managers, in the geographical area of MILAN and province.
Today Ravasio is a well-known Italian producers of boilers and systems in thermo-technical industry which follows a policy of continuous improvement in order to follow the needs of an evolving market.
The company operates in two neighboring plants, on a total area of approximately 9,000 m2, in which the headquarters, offices, production, warehouses and rehearsal room are located.
Highly performance boilers
The 3GF SERIES boilers are pressurized heat generators in high-performance steel, which can be combined with gas-methane and diesel oil burners (3 stars). 3GF SERIES boilers have a large range, from 435kW to 4.886kW.
Ravasio has a large portafolio of condensing boilers series. They represent thermal groups (Units) made up of several pre-mixed condensing modules (CE approved 4 stars) very low polluting emissions, very high modulation ratio and very high seasonal performances, individually intercepted on the water / fumes / gas side.
Wooden pellet boilers
The PLT SERIES boilers are high-performance biomass thermal units working with A1 wood pellets CE approved (EN 303/5: 2012) and machine safety according to UNI 12100. PLT SERIES boilers can also work with A2 pellets with consequent emissions and performances lower than declared. The emission of fine dust is the lowest achievable thanks to the built-in cyclone and the adiabatic combustion chamber. PLT SERIES boilers have an automatic cleaning system with an ash extraction screw from the bottom and the O2 probe which generate always a clean combustion and reduced maintenance interventions.
Plate heat exchangers
Ravasio plate heat exchangers are constructed with AISI 304 L stainless steel, EPDM gaskets, with operating pressure 16 bar. There is also a removable thermal insulation (optional). They are suitable for heat exchange in heating or HDW production systems .
